George Condos and Towns is located in the Leslieville neighbourhood of Toronto which has a small village feel. There are many great cafes, trendy eateries, quaint stores and galleries that line the streets. Property values and rents have been appreciating due to the development of high-end lofts and condominiums and the attraction of young professionals moving here. This community is also known as "one of Toronto's best brunch destinations" and is located a short drive from the lake. Woodbine Beach, Ashbridges Bay Park and Tommy Thompson Park are all situated nearby as well as schools such as Bruce Junior Public School, Leslieville Junior Public School and the Duke of Connaught Junior and Senior Public School. Another great project that is launching soon in the heart of Mississauga is Avia.
"George is built for design-conscious urbanites with an eye for the outdoors."
